Biography: Bangladeshi Actor Bappy Chowdhury

Bappy Chowdhury is a Bangladeshi movie actor. Since his childhood, he was always been passionate about acting. He always tried to gather inspiration from idols. Finally, he had the break in 2012 and meanwhile he created such a massive impact on the Bangladeshi movie industry.

Bappy Chowdhurys Personal Life:

Bappy’s full name is Bappy Kumar Shaha. He was born on 6th December 1982 in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. His religion is Hindu. He grew up in a joint family. Though he is being highly active on-screen media, still he managed to keep his family from being highlighted. However, in 2017 he declared that he was interested to be married and also he was not in any relationship. He also mentioned that he had trust in his family to find a perfect match as his life partner.

Since his youth, Bappy was a fan of both Nayok Raj Razzak and Salman Shah. These two people are his motivation to do something good for the industry. He is always being humble to do any kind of comparison with these people.

Career:

Bappy made his debut at Dhallywood in 2012. His first movie was “Bhalobashar Rong”. Popular actress of Bangladesh Mahiya Mahi was his first co-actor. He signed in around 9 movies before his first movie ever released. This is an impressive start for any actor. Within just first three years of Bappy’s career, his around 16 movies were released. It’s a record in Bangladeshi movie industry. Previously Bangladeshi movie legend Salman Shah holds the record to release 13 movies within first 3 years of his career. Despite of the hefty support from statistics, Bappy is been always humble and kept Salman ahead than him.

Bappy found massive success in his first movie. It also continued in his next movies also. He also found success with Achol, Bobby Mim, and Pori Moni as co-actor. Not only commercial success, his acting “Inchi Inchi Prem” was praised by fans and movie critics. His first two movies were under the banner of “Jaaz Multimedia”, later he involved with other production houses.

Awards and Nominations:

In 2013, Bappy Chowdhury got three nominations at Meril Prothom-Alo Award for Onnorokom Bhalobasha, Prem Prem Paglami and Tobou Bhalobashi movie in three different categories.

Charity works:

Bappy Chowdhury is actively involved in different charitable and awareness building activities. He visited Rohinga refuges to increase awareness. Also, he had iftar with some orphanage children to motivate them and allow them to pass some time with their favorite Bangladeshi movie star.
